The goal is to provide you with personalized and effective fitness training that meets your specific needs at reasonable and affordable rates. 

 

Services We Offer:

 

•   Personal Training - helps you become stronger and healthier by deciding which exercises you should do and showing you how to do them.

 

•   Resistance Training - improves your strength and can make everyday tasks easier to perform. It is the main way you will build and ‘tone up’ your muscles. It can also decrease the risk of heart disease by lowering body fat, decreasing blood pressure, improving cholesterol levels and lowering overall levels of stress placed on the heart.

 

•   Calisthenics Training - exercises that use a person's body weight to develop strength and flexibility that requires little to no special equipment.

 

•   Functional Training - has multi-joint movement patterns that involve your knees, hips, spine, elbows, wrists and shoulders, which all build strength and improve your range of motion.

 

•   Cardio Training - rhythmic activity that increases your heart rate into your target heart rate zone. A cardio workout burns more calories than a weight-training workout.

 

•   Nutrition Coach - have the knowledge and skills to help you perfect your health and wellness through changes to your eating habits and lifestyle.

 

•   Weight Management - the process of adopting long-term lifestyle modification to support a healthy body weight based on a person's age, sex and height. Managing your weight contributes to good health now and as you age.
